Public product capture · 2026-09-08Open H3 Story Lab A visible choice-to-video loop
The prototype begins with an opening video instead of an empty prompt box. After the scene establishes a situation, the interface presents a decision about what should happen next. The selected direction becomes the brief for another generated clip.
That narrow scope makes the mechanics easy to understand. A visitor does not need to write a production prompt, manage reference images or operate a timeline. The product asks for one narrative choice and a render length, then returns to watching.
What the viewer controls
Verified controls include the next story direction and a duration between five and fifteen seconds. Each generation extends the current sequence rather than creating an unrelated file, so the end of one scene becomes the point from which the next decision is made.
This is individual, turn-based interaction rather than a public vote or continuously steerable live session. Compare it with DirectedByPublic when you want a shared audience and with diiverge when you want choices to remain in a larger branching map.
H3 Max Turbo evidence
The public page and its browser interface identify H3 Max Turbo through fal.ai. The visible duration choices support the five-to-fifteen-second range. That is enough to verify a narrow prototype profile without extending the claim into unpublished infrastructure.
The product does not expose evidence for durable saved stories, moderation policy, billing, queue recovery or long-range narrative memory. Those fields remain unknown instead of being inferred from the simple continuation flow.
Prototype limitations
H3 Story Lab is presented as an experiment rather than a production streaming service. Availability, generation capacity and scene quality can change. Its directory value is showing the choice-to-scene interaction clearly, not promising a complete authoring platform.
