diiverge: a branching H3 Max video adventure
diiverge turns a generated picture into an explorable story. Click an object, choose what happens and watch the transition play as film; the resulting path remains for later visitors.

A diiverge world begins as one image. The interface identifies objects and places that can be explored, allowing a visitor to select something in the frame and decide how the story should move around it. The next moment is generated and played as a short film transition.
The previous choice is not erased when another path opens. Its route is saved as part of a growing map. Later visitors can follow an existing branch or choose a different object and extend the world in another direction.
Why persistence changes the experience
Saving generated scenes turns video output into navigable story state. A clip is not only something to watch once; it becomes a connection between two points in an explorable tree. Existing generations can therefore remain useful to later visitors instead of disappearing after one response.
New branches may depend on available scene capacity, sponsorship or payment. The interface can show presence and scene counts, but those first-party values are not treated here as audited traffic or a guarantee that a new generation will always be available.
What is verified about the model
The official website verifies the click, choose, film and saved-path product behavior. The H3 Max attribution comes from the creator’s public stack description, which identifies H3 Max for video transitions. This directory labels that evidence as Creator confirmed rather than rewriting it as an official claim on the product page.
The implementation is closed, so prompt construction, moderation, retries, storage durability and exact generation timing cannot be independently inspected. A visible public result supports the experience description, not an end-to-end reliability claim.
Who should explore it
Choose diiverge if you want to inspect a scene and leave behind a path other people can revisit. H3 Story Lab offers a smaller guided continuation, while Renoise Live organizes decisions around a recurring cast. diiverge is centered on an expanding map of generated choices.
